1. Upload and order photos

Add the photos for the listing, arrange them in the right order, then approve the order before moving on.

2. Add listing details

Add the listing details needed for the narration and final review.

Shown at the top of the buyer listing page with an add-to-calendar button. Someone scanning your sign on the lawn is the most likely person in the world to attend — this is what turns that scan into a visit. Past dates disappear automatically.

Property facts (optional)

The questions buyers actually ask, best filled in with the seller at the listing appointment. Every question is skippable and your answers save as you go.

Nothing here appears on the listing page until you tick "publish" beside it. Favour dated, specific answers — "roof replaced 2019" is a fact, "no water issues" is a representation the seller can be held to.

The neighbourhood (optional)

Shown on the buyer listing page. Buyers rate neighbourhood information one of the most useful things on a listing — and it is the part only you can write. Everything here is optional; sections you leave blank are simply hidden.

Shown with the scores. Advertising claims must be verifiable, so the source and the date you checked are displayed to buyers.
Local spots worth knowing
Cafés, groceries, parks, schools, transit — whatever you would point out on a viewing. Add walking time if you know it.

3. Review the narration script

This is the script your narrator will read. We have written a first draft from your listing details to save you time — edit it however you like, then approve it.
