Every listing gets a narrated video, its own private page, printed QR codes, and a report the seller can read. Agents pay for themselves. Brokerages pay once and every agent is covered.
Prices in Canadian dollars, plus HST.
For agents listing through the year.
Month to month. Cancel whenever you like.
What the same listing usually costs, in pieces.
One listing a month covers it. Most agents list more.
The brokerage pays and every agent is covered — their listings, their signs, their seller reports. The firm gets a dashboard across all of it: which listings draw buyers, which turn into questions and showings, which printed codes nobody is scanning, and what buyers keep asking.

Prices in Canadian dollars, plus HST. Annual agreements get two months free and are invoiced. Extra listings beyond the monthly pool are $49 each, billed to the firm. You are charged for agents who have accepted an invitation, not for every licence on the roster.
Agents join by accepting an invitation, and can leave from their own account page. That is how we can put this in writing: what the firm sees is counts and questions, never people.
Someone who has accepted the brokerage's invitation. Licences that never accept are not charged, and an agent who leaves stops counting at your next renewal.
The bill rises by $45 for that agent, not by a tier. Each band is built so that growing never costs more than the band above it: at 43 agents you are already paying the 21-to-50 maximum of $1,995.
A property submitted for a video in that month. A listing already live carries on with no further charge — its page, its codes and its seller report keep working.
Your own subscription stops and any unused part is refunded. You keep your listings and your history.
Agents pay by card. Brokerages can pay by card or ask for an invoice on an annual agreement, which is what most firms over 50 agents do.
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the month you have paid for. Annual agreements run their term. Listings already live stay live until their six months are up.
We are onboarding brokerages one at a time, which means a real conversation, a look at your listings, and printed signs in your hands before you pay for a second month.
